Pennsylvania Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)
Vernon Land Use is certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) through the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program (PA UCP). PA UCP certification documents that the firm meets the DBE definition requirements established by the U.S Department of Transportation in Title 49, Part 26 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
