American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP)

AICP certification is the national designation which demonstrates experience in the planning profession. In Pennsylvania, AICP  certification is routinely required by regional and county planning organizations and consulting firms to show professional planning expertise.

New Jersey Licensed Professional Planner 

New Jersey is one of two states in the country which require a license to practice professional planning.

Certified Economic Development Finance Professional

This certification requires successful completion of a four part economic development training course which includes business credit and real estate finance analysis techniques, loan packaging procedures, negotiating and problem solving skills, and deal structuring techniques.
